Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using any product or service offered by Krishna E Cosmic Solutions ("Company", "we", "us") including the ewebookz application available at ewebookz.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Products and Services

ewebookz is a productivity and execution-management SaaS application. Subscription plans are listed at krishnaecosmicsolutions.com. Features and pricing may change; you will be notified of material changes before your next billing cycle.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions activate immediately upon successful payment.
• Refunds are governed by our refund policy (see Section 5).

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction date by writing to support@ewebookz.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds will not be issued after 7 days or if the service has been used extensively during the period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the service without written permission.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with ewebookz and Krishna E Cosmic Solutions are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. You may export your data before termination upon reasonable request.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
